Italian filmmaker Davide Fiore, the director of the documentary film A Little Fellow, will present a
new trailer for the first film entirely dedicated to Amadeo Peter Giannini's life, for which a crowdfun-
ding campaign is ongoing. Davide will explain how his documentary is being made, and why he deci-
ded to dedicate several years of his life to tell the story of A.P. Giannini. Q&A and reception with the

Beginning at the foot of Jefferson and Powell Street, the parade will proceed down Columbus Ave-

Italian author Giorgio Alarico Chiarva will present his book Il banchiere galantuomo (The Gentleman
Banker), that tells the extraordinary story of Amadeo Peter Giannini, founder of the Bank of
America. Born in San Jose, California in 1870 to Italian immigrants, A.P. Giannini pioneered banking
practices that served "the little fellow", funded the construction of the Golden Gate Bridge, and hel-
ped nurture the motion picture and wine industries in California. Light refreshments to follow.
